Yes, we provide a secure experience to our customers by keeping our systems up to date with the best practices. Kuadra Support uses AES256 encryption for all data that is processed and stored in our ecosystem, and TLS to encrypt all data in transit outside of our ecosystems. Also, all our staff have been vetted and background checks performed, only your dedicated team have access to your company’s financial data.
No, we do not provide tax advice or do tax returns preparation, the only additional services we provide besides bookkeeping are 1099’s and sales tax presentation, please let us know if you need more information about additional services.
Kuadra Support, LLC. is a US company based in Tucson, Arizona with a subsidiary, Kuadra Support, S. de R.L. de C.V. located in Hermosillo, Sonora, just a few miles from the borderline between USA and México.
Our base accounting software is QuickBooks Online but if you prefer a different accounting software we adapt to your needs.
